Thank you for choosing SmartProfile! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, we have a specific policy outlined below.

Physical NFC Cards

Our NFC cards are custom-produced based on your selected design, material, and linked digital profile. Once production starts, we cannot resell or reuse the card.

Therefore, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if you simply no longer want the card.

Digital Online Profiles

The one-time payment grants immediate and unlimited access to create, customize, and manage your digital profile. As this is a non-tangible digital service that is instantly delivered and cannot be "returned," it is non-refundable.

Exceptions – We've Got You Covered

We happily resolve issues caused by us:

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty NFC chip, printing errors)
• Damaged during shipping
• Wrong item sent (not matching your order)

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace the card free of charge or provide a full refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund before production begins (usually within a few hours of placing the order). Just reach out immediately!

Why This Policy?

Like most custom-printed or personalized products (e.g., engraved items, custom apparel, or printed business cards), NFC cards are made uniquely for each customer. Once customized and produced, they cannot be restocked or resold. The digital profile is also instantly accessible and editable forever with your one-time purchase.

This keeps our prices affordable while ensuring high-quality, tailored products. We focus on getting it right the first time!
