Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
NFC cards can be returned if unused and in original condition within 7 days of delivery.
2. Digital Services
Digital activation or profile creation fees are non-refundable once the service is activated.
3. Replacement
Damaged or defective NFC cards will be replaced free of charge if reported within 72 hours of receiving the product.
